Yahoo opens customer satisfaction survey

I got an email from Yahoo yesterday about a customer satisfaction survey Satmetrix Systems is doing for Yahoo. I can't post the url because the survey is unique to each person...but let me tell you, I didn't give them a good review. I've been waiting almost three weeks now for an email back about being penalized. They asked me for my urls and I haven't heard back since...

But anyways, I didn't see this posted yet, so I figured I'd give everyone a heads up.

What part of thier biz are they looking for feedback on? Paid Inclusion, Directory listing, overture ads, free services? They have so much, what exactly are they wanting feedback on.

Basically support tickets people submitted and how well the feedback from Yahoo was. For me, it was my support ticket related to me penalty.
