I have sent many emails to Yahoo. They never respond or do anything about it. I want to switch my one allowed directory listing from one site to another.

I have sent many emails and submitted online forms to Yahoo, trying to get my domain changed over a year. Still no answer. I also used Yahoo Mike's advice on emailing email@example.com and it never worked for me either (email rejected).
I hope we can all find a solution soon!

I think the message here is that they are too busy collecting money to worry about little things like customer support.

They fixed one listing for me (it took over a year), but a little while ago someone sold me their site and I changed the site to a new theme and have contacted Yahoo to get it taken care of, but yet to hear anything from them.

I bought a site as well and I never contacted them and somehow they took out the directory listing.

I think at the moment they're focusing on SiteMatch and not so much on the Directory, so the support isn't as good. I'm pretty impressed with SiteMatch support though.
Is there any way that you could change the URL and resubmit? Or could you set up an alternative "traffic" domain to submit to the directory?

OK, this should be the correct info regarding Directory questions and modifications:
For questions about a site in the Directory, you should first go to our help pages at [help.yahoo.com...] If you still have questions, Please email the Directory Support team at:
This email address is monitored daily. For Express appeals within 30 days of when the site was added or denied, you should respond to the original editor who reviewed the site. The Yahoo! Express Service Agreement states the following:
5.2 If Yahoo! accepts a suggested site, Applicant is entitled to request one reconsideration of the placement of the site, comment fields, title, etc., at no additional charge by sending an email to the address provided by Yahoo!. Yahoo! must receive the Applicant's email within thirty days from the date that Yahoo! transmits the acceptance email to the Applicant. If a timely request is received, Yahoo! will again review the Applicant's site and will then notify Applicant of its final decision regarding the site. Once a site is included in the Directory, if Applicant makes any substantial changes to the site, Applicant must comply with Yahoo!'s standard change process form to make any changes to the listing in the Directory.
