I don't think Yahoo would offer anything for free. Probably similar to Yahoo Shopping model. It will be free for a time so suppliers can get hooked and then it will be a charged service to get your feeds in. My guess.

If its for my Yahoo then it will most probably allow people to bring in rdf/rss files from their favorite blogs.
