I think we will see something happening pretty soon.
Inktomi is suddenly very active collecting new pages and I see inky everyday collecting pages that are brandnew.
It looks like yahoo/ink is building a large database at the moment and preparing to come out with it.
On the other hand...now they have FAST/alltheweb things might change and maybe we have to wait a little longer.

yeah, Ink has crawled a huge portion of my websites, as compared to last month when the crawl was pretty lousy.
I am waiting to see what step Yahoo takes next. Which of its technology will be used to power the main results!
Pretty exciting times for all us!

I saw Ink in Yahoo today! Got Ink results from Yahoo! Canada.
And do some search with your keywords. :) :)

Yep, I see it too. Was fooled for a moment since I am #9 on both G and Ink for the term I tried.
There is change in the air

I still see Google results there. The results are quite same and at the bottom is the "Search Technology provided by Google"
Or is it a Yahoo Dance now?

This is potentially huge news.
Maybe Yahoo! is testing INK before they launch in the "busy season"

Inktomi is spidering pages way better then google is now. I just built a page three days ago and it's already spidered. By google, hello INK on Yahoo! Sooner the better.

Confirmed. One of my sites just got an INK listing 4 days ago; no sign of it in any Google datacenters, but there it is in Yahoo Canada. This opens a lot of possibilities!

I saw a case yesterday where there were no results for a site: search in google but there were in yahoo. Inktomi was my assumption too.
added clarification: in yahoo.com search

I don't see Inktomi in Yahoo Canada. When does Google's contract with Yahoo expire?
11:12 pm on Aug 5, 2003 (gmt 0)
Google back in Yahoo! Canada. I suppose that it was a test to put Ink results in Yahoo!
11:36 pm on Aug 5, 2003 (gmt 0)
I'm getting Google with the Yahoo Directory description.
7:45 am on Aug 6, 2003 (gmt 0)

On Yahoo Canada I am still seeing Google results.
5:44 am on Aug 12, 2003 (gmt 0)
Yahoo Canada is now definitely using Inktomi's results.
Big news Google is out of the picture. I imagine they will switch Yahoo.com soon.
