I called in today to try to figure out why I got charged $89 a click for 3 clicks when I uploaded a spreadsheet at $.10. Nevermind that the system is slow. These people talk over you, are rude, use long silences to make you feel like an idiot - anything to get you off the phone.
It's horrible. I like Overture's system in that it serves as a different medium than Google - but the attitude just has to go. Every time I have called in, I try to speak in a clear and consise manner only to be talked down to treated poorly.
I'm not sure what to do - If I stop using Overture I will lose money but I really hate the customer service.
