I noticed the ClaraNet deal, but eSpotting's AskJeeves (UK) deal is the more important from my point of view.
I've used Clara as an ISP for 2 years. I'm more than happy with them but apart from their occasional e-mails to me its just a DUN setting, a mailbox and some web space.

Anyone who was present for the manager from AJ's presentation at Search Engine Strategies 2001 in London recently must be giving even greater weight to their externally sourced results.

The AJ staff must be too busy scootering round their "wacky" offices to add relevancy, taking their lead from a manager who decided that the excellent speech from Google's Craig Silverstein was the cue to file her nails - very annoying.
