Yeah, I can't get in either. What has multiple accounts got to do with it?

The error- Login Failed Please try again
The DTC has been having so many problems of late-
I am tired of calling them.

Does anyone have a different # for them other than 866-999-6837? That one isn't working!
I have a different one in the office, but I'm working from home today <sigh>

I just recently started using Overture again after a client requested it. What a joke! Now that I can log in, I can't change any bids or manage any listing info. I can't even fill out a support request form.

Yeah they are really 'slipping' these days. The reports is a total mess too. Too bad they used to be on the ball.

Based on their stock's price, the joke is on US!

I just left a message on the president of Overture's voicemail asking him what's been going on with the direct traffic center being so up and down these days. Since the whole redesign. I'm not expecting a call back anytime soon, but you never know. I raised some hell when there were no reports back in july and received a credit from them.

I had talked to my account manager at 10:30 EST and they said they would just take about an hour- and 14 hours from then things are still bad- we must get refunds for such things- they have been slipping so much.

What do you know! I can't adjust bids today!

How can I explain to the client that they don't need Overture's services?

The guy I deal with is about 70 years old and freaks out if their site isn't in the top two positions on Y! at all times.

I just called them and told them that I had to make an emegency change to one of my listings (I really do).
And they said since the DTC is down they can't get into the system either. Then the rep opened a trouble ticket for me.

This is out of control! I haven't been this angry with a company in a long time.

God I'm becoming an overture hater. Ever since that damn redesign back in July. You know what makes no sense either? Overture stock has gone up in the last 2 days. God what people on the outside don't know. Really stinks we have to be so reliant on companies like overture and google.

The benefits of a backdoor XML via an approved Overture bid tool. Priceless.

Hello, in case other people are still having issues:

Yesterday afternoon (Wednesday, 09/24) and so far early this morning I haven't had any problems logging in... but then again my client doesn't have multiple accounts.
Hope this helps!

I am in Spain and I cannot access overture.com at all.

I checked this in a couple of locations and I came here to see if they were still in Business.

This is getting old - can't get into my account today (10/25). I only have a single account.
"login failure" is the message I get. Anybody else with similar problems?

Agree with JD.

Whenever I can't log in, I clear my cache, delete cookies, restart internet explorer and log in fine. Irritating but it works.
