What's the good CTR ratio?
Is there any standard measurement to measure CTR ratio in PPC program?

Hi this is my first posting, sorry if there are already discussions about this.

I am currently handling PPC program both on Overture and Google, my company is an bangkok based online travel agent that cover most of South East Asia tourist destionations.

Some of the keywords that we buy would only get 0.8& CTR is this bad? or normal?

It is really hard to judge what would be a good CTR. It varies from industry to industry. There are things that you can do to increase your CTR like changing your copy or focusing your keywords better. Check out some of the previous strings on CTR for some tips on what you can do.

Really, you should be more concerned with your ROI. Are the people who are clicking, doing what you would consider valuable (buying, makinig reservations, etc.) or are they just leaving?
