Does anyone have a generic USER AGREEMENT or TERMS & CONDITIONS blurb they'd be willing to share?

I've been basically re-writing one each time it's needed based on an old one. Would like to find a new, fresh generic blurb that covers the ususals but I didn't want to pilfer it from another site.

Thanks!
jen

Ok, so you don't want to pilfer it from another site - either your own, or somebody else's :) - but you would like somebody to share a generic one with you that covers the usuals?

How about we try to draft up a list of the 'usuals' here, and then you can create your own 'generic one' from the list that the group drafts?

I'll go first:

We log your IP, User Agent, and any other information we get on your connection to our site, every time you connect to our site.

Furthermore, we don't share, sell, or rent your info with any 3rd party.

These (terms & conditions or whatever) are subject to change at any time, it is YOUR responsibility to come back & read the updated version, which will be posted here at this url:
