q's to ask to clients

 12:33 am on Jun 9, 2003 (gmt 0)

Did you happen to have a client and the only way you communicate is through email? Do you have a specific strategy or do you send them an email with some check list or questions to answer?

Any styles in making a deal via email only?

Yes, if the client has a tendency to not answer all questions in an e-mail, a numbered list has seemed to be effective.

The Assignment Questionnaire at Creative Business [creativebusiness.com] I have found useful in the past to get a feel for what the client is all about. Although it is fairly general and not web or seo specific it does provide a good starting point for modification.
