Perhaps you should go down the "by clicking here you are agreeing to our terms and conditions" road. Take a look at a selection of other hosting companies terms and conditions page and base yours on that. >>not overly legal Are we to assume that you are looking for an illegal contract? LOL :) Shanz

That's funny no legal would be good ) I would like to do that click on ... , but I need something to put in front of the client. I have been looking through posts and it seems I should stay away from asking for legal advise, I was just curious if there where any resources dealing with web hosting contracts or what to put in them.
