My experience is that customers hate it. They have to establish a new account with Paypal, rather than just typing a credit card number into your site. Remember, the easier you make it for the customer, the more likely they will be to actually complete the purchase. There's my $0.02

Brett has had no problems to my knowledge. I agree with chameleon 100% however. It was a nightmare to pay for the PubConference.

I use it without hesitation. Customers are used to entering a bunch of information everytime they buy something, and with PayPal being accepted more and more, they like the on-line ability to keep track of finances. As a merchant I prefer it to regular card processors as the fees are much more reasonable, and I don't have to deal with chargeback issues. I tell the customers I don't want their card numbers and they seem to like that.
