I don't think it would submit any of your forms, but it might visit the landing page found in the action attribute to the form tag.

Is there any thing I can do to make sure that bots do not submit any of my forms?

Here is the problem: I use session IDs to track guests activities, if the bots submit the gust login form then the session ID added to all the urls makes the url ugly and too long so this will harm my SE place.
