I want to check our site indexed how many pages in google.
1. how do you know www.google.com.cn comes from which server?
and www.google.com? (set the language is english)
because the results are big difference.
2. what's the relation between so many DCs?

After your search, look at the URL in the address bar. After? sign you will see hl=fr for French hl=en for English etc.

Probably, it worth to mention that if you want a specific country just change in the address bar the two letters country code after hl = and repeat the search.

But I don't know which server is for en or fr or others.
if it is updating in english server, can it would effect for CN server?

Why do you need the specific IP for the servers? Most just need to know how their sites look like from another country. For this it enough make a search and if you see in the address bar, for example, hl=cn and want hl=fr just change cn for fr in the address bar and press enter.
It also helps to add, for example &gl=us
For US etc.
As for the updates on servers that serve different countries I believe that they are not directly related, i.e occur at different times.
