| Does Google Index Pull Down Menu Links?

I have a pull down menu of links on a third part PR7 site. Some of these links point to SEO pages on this domain. The links have been in place for about 4 months, however google does not appear to be indexing them. Does anybody know if google is no longer indexing links that are contained in a standard html pull down menu?

"Standard html pull down menu" is not a technical description - so if you could clarify what type of code is being used, that would help. Just be sure not to paste in any real domains - use example.com Whether googlebot follows links depends on how the links are coded. If they use javascript to change the visitor's page, then this is (and has always been) quite problematic. If the selected link is sent through a cgi script, this is also problematic. Googlebot needs to see <a href="url">link</a>, and not inside a script.

Are you saying a css menu? If so, these are plainly visible. Google just isn't doing deep crawling right now. Several threads lately about NEW sites that aren't getting more than their main page indexed right now.

Google is now indexing the <option> values in my javascript menu. It's showing in the description.
