my website is in several directories, many without my choosing. as our site grows, it is hard to impossible to monitor everyone that links to us.

Many of these links are like so:

and will return a 302 and direct to my home page. i assume these links will be indexed as my home page, cause duplicate content, and drop my rank. in fact, i believe this may have happened as my PR dropped significantly.

How does google handle this? it seems crazy for a webmaster to have to keep track of, or worry about. im sure sites like amazon have millions of hijackers, but maintain their rank..

Thoughts, suggestions GREATLY Appreciated! what do i do?
