What to do after a duplicate content penalty?
Do I have to remove the files or ....

I've been caught by the duplicate content filter, I think. All my pages are at the BOTTOM for all keywords. I think I know the problem, but I don't want to remove these files. Do I have to use robots.txt and the noindex-tag to keep the Google-bots away?

What do I have to do?
