Changing domain name registrars - affect on Google results?

We are considering changing our domain name registrar in order to extend our registration a few years at a cheaper rate. Will changing registrars affect our Google rankings if DNS information stays the same?

Thanks!

It should not hurt your site assuming your DNS servers are the same.

Are you saying changing DNS will affect your rankings?

Changing domain registrar will not affect your rankings at all.

But changing other Whois information will probably raise a flag for Google. This does not mean it will hurt your rankings for sure.
