hey guys, got a question for all of u out there. i work for a pretty large travel company, and we have brought up the idea of changing the url structure of our main company site. couple things here: first, we are using many ppc vehicles, and have decent natural placement. second: we are going from blah_blah/default too keyword/keyword-second.html. now, if we did redirects from all the old urls to the corresponding new urls, would this work in the search engines eyes. has anyone ever did a restructure and a new url redirect.

thanks guys
