Huge confusion over domain names and redirects
Need some help please.

In need of some direction here. I have a couple of domain names which make use of the same web space. My main site is, for example: www.domain.com. This site has not been indexed by Google for some reason. I then have two other domains i.e. www.domain2.com and www.domain3.com. I host with [snip] who also hold my domains. For www.domain2.com, I have redirected (using the [snip] admin section) to a folder on the first domain i.e. www.domain.com/domain2/index.htm. I've done the same for domain3.

My questions are:
1) how much of a nightmare is this for SEO of the sites. None of them have been accepted by Google.
2) what can I do to fix this? Is it simply a matter of buying new space? Do you have to have new space for each domain name?

Sorry for my ignorance but I am new to this!
