New Google Logo
Leonardo da Vinci
The Cricketer

To celebrate da Vinci's Birthday there is a new Google logo. It was so different to the normal one, it took my breath away! That is to say I wasn't expecting it.

I liked the logos on both the occasions - Van Gogh and da Vinci's b'days. However they are very different in their theme and color scheme. Does it speak for their artistic ways? Any art connoisseur here?

well off tpic, I would rather see them spending time on spam efforts than building nice pics.

Heh, yeh I'm sure 50 phd's took the day off algo development to brainstorm the logo! ;)

'Tis indeed a nice logo. :)

The logo is really nice, but these Google logos have their side effect. I noticed that two sites in the top five search results for "Leonardo da Vinci" went offline due to the high traffic caused by this.

How do they display that logo on the page?

with the DaVinci code.

I miss the old 'lifesavers' logo already.
