Do I look like a hijacker?
Wondering if my ASP pages are Google-unfriendly

Pages on a site that was recently punished by Google are in this format:

I reference word1_word2_word3.htm because we embed the HTML in word1_word2_word3.htm into the middle of our ASP page.

We do this to avoid putting all of our articles in a database and having the database grow too big and unwieldy.

Do you think Google is maybe interpreting the Title parameter as being a hijacking directive and is penalizing it as a result?

Maybe it looks like a redirecting page to Google and it assumes it's hijacking somebody else's content?

Thanks for any thoughts. Still trying to figure out why Allegra is so mad at our site.
