Domain Registrar Change = Problem?

Hi, with the ICANN now being more flexible with shifting domain registrars, I transferred two of my domains from register.com to my webhost's domain registrar. I found register.com to be too expensive. My webhost offered to take in my domains, one of which they will renew for free as long as I stay with them. I think it's a good deal because my webhost is very very reliable. Anyway, I'm now concerned about something else... Google. I am not so certain how Google looks at domains. Would Googlebot be startled to find my sites under a different registrar? Or are my worries unfounded? My site has gotten very good coverage in Google lately, I'm afraid I might lose it all in the next update. Thank you for your help!

This should cause no problems.
