Hmm wanna bet I have always had a response from both google search and google adsense, the search will take a few days to get a response but adsense is normally within 24 hours I can't fault the service to be honest ;)

I got a reply from them once when I pointed out a flaw in their Adwords billing system. They got back to me very quickly, thanked me and fixed the problem. I don't think that you will get a reply unless it affects their coffers.

I've had to write 3 times this month. Twice about a canonicalization issue, and once to remove a file from the index. In all 3 cases, I had a real-person answer to my letter within 48 hours. I'd have to give them a 10 for responsiveness. BTW, I wrote to *webmaster@*

Same here... I got my canned response in about 6 weeks. Which is still better than Yahoo who never returns an email.

Got a reply from both of them.
Adsense taking 2 days Google help generally in 24 hours time

They will reply but seldom bother to fully read and understand what you are asking. I too always get a reply but the reply in the context of the question asked ussually falls short. More typically than not if you a very clear on everything they will suggest something already covered in the message sent to them. They seem to canned replies with a slightly human touch. We have not found any of the answers to be helpful but yes they do answer so I will give them credit for that much.

I've always gotten a reply, sometimes several in the same day, sometimes 2-3 days later, but always got a reply.

"Suspected AdWord Fraud tied to insider trading @ GOOG" BTW, don't include your real email address, URL or actual name, use a free email address :) You won't get the reply you want, but you will get paid a visit I'm sure.... Just kidding
