As a listed company they have more obligations on data disclosure. Making quarterly statements and announcing figures can and often does affect share price.
There are a lot of changes going on. We've got threads here in Adsense, Adwords, and elsewhere. Algo seems to have changed, some advertiser campaigns disabled, big changes in Adsense CTRs (for some), major SERPs upheavals (for some) and now, even a directory update (and possibly tPR update too). Is it coincidental that all this activity follows the recent quarterly statement or was Google holding out on changes because of the statement? Is this how it's going to be?
