msg:109126 | 2:52 pm on Jan 21, 2003 (gmt 0) | Hello all I've seen numerous messages on the forum where people are talking about 'PR3', 'PR4' etc. I assume this relates to some kind of rating as to how well ranked the site is on one or more search engines, but I could be wrong (not for the first time!). Could someone please explain what these numbers mean and how I can tell which number(s) I should use to rate a site in the future. It's all a bit confusing to a new guy :)
