| Google crawl while site down...

Hello, Googlebot has visited my sites those last few days... but last night, my server went down for a couple of hours! I believe Googlebot was starting to deepcrawl at that time. So now what? Is googlebot smart enough to understand that the server was temporarily down? Will he come back another time? I'm really worried. Thanks for all the info you can give me.

Hi Alex, What makes you believe that Googlebot started deep crawling last night? Especially with your site? ;)
Don't panic. We're all expecting the deep crawl to start any time now, but the DeepCrawlers didn't really show up yet. Dan

Hmmm, many sites did not get crawled last night (whatever your timezone is), so it might be a bit early to assume you have been missed out. I think there's a good chance that the googlebot returns in case it can't reach a site. Nobody can tell you for sure. Keep watching your logs.

Ive been deep crawled for feb already. Expecting another 2 or 3 tho since its early
