esset2002, are you sure your first site allows Google to index you (robots text)? A grey toolbar is not specifically a google ban, as a white toolbar is not specifically a Google penalty. Strange Google does not give some clarifications on that on their website.
(at least I could not find any information on that).

Yes The old site was in the google index. My question is if google deepcrawls you are you still banned? Really need an answer! /esset

GoogleGuy recently said that some penalties were being lifted this month. Are they pages that haven't been crawled since the ban?

they were craweled in the begining of December. Then Googlebot stopped. Now it has done a deepcrawl...
