Hi, i maintained my no1 ranking for my main keyword which is a highly competitve one on www2 and www3. Then, doing a search today on www. i was number 3! I clicked the search button again and i was at number one for the same search.

Anyone else had a similar experience? It is most bizzare!

best bet is do a site search here at WebmasterWorld for the so-called Everflux effect, well documented in these parts!

this happened to me during the last month. Sometimes i was in first page, sometimes 3rd page,4th page...

and i have no idea why it happened. I guess it is a kind of penalty.

Or, just give it another week for Dance to settle down and see how things work out. It will be jumpy for a bit, but by next week, things should start to be more stable.

Then you can rejoice, or worry...whichever is appropriate. :)
