>But nell was right there was a different index on WWW2 and WWW3 Did you do any link: checks for different numbers of links on www2 and www3? Perhaps they are warming up for the dance if 2 people saw this.

May have been positions changing due to that new everflux thing. One of my sites moved up a position yesterday, then moved back down today and I saw it happening first in www2 and www3.

BTW Did you know false update calls now have a penalty of 200 postings deleted from your total? :)

ive noticed changes to my results (i altered filenames thru the course of the month and theyve been reflected in results over the past few days). is this "the" update or a minor update (or me going mad)?

One thing I am noticing. I checked 6 different search terms, and the first 100 SERPs on www, www2 and www3 are *exactly* the same. As if at this moment they are pointing those all at the exact same data. Earlier today this wasn't the case. The fact 2 different people spotted this within a minute of each other makes me suspect something is up.

>Yep, false calls deserve a descent slapping. I can't see nothing. Boring. Are you sure it was a false call, or perhaps nell and lazerzubb did see something? *I* am seeing: Searched for pages linking to www.yahoo.com. Results 1 - 10 of about 657,000. Search took 0.09 seconds. On www2. Looks to me like these 2 get the medal, not the booby prize. ;)

I must have been mad to be looking forward to this! My back links have dropped from 1200 - 329 how in monkeys has this happened you can't tell me 70% of the people who link to me decided to drop them? No change in PR yet when might this expect to change, soon?

At the risk of being forever banned by the mods here, I declare the dance to be on! The good news for me is both of my sites are definitely in. One has hit an unbelievable #1 for one of my 3 main keywords. However, I had something like this happen once before and slid back down to lower on page 1, so I am not getting giddy, and will wait for the dance to end.
