This topic tends to threads spinning off into oblivion. There are lots of discussions about this, but how they "relate" to the serps is unanswerable. The allin's filter the results and are ranked by a different algorithm than the main serps. They generally run similar to the main serps with two exceptions: pages/sites in the sandbox manage to rank well in the allin searches, and many pages that are penalized for cause in the main serps show in the allin's.
In other words, the allin's show a lot more penalized sites. In your case, if your domain is less than a year old, likely it is sandboxed like tons of other sites, and there is nothing to do about that. If it is a pre-2003 site, likely it is being penalized or otherwise dramatically devalued for one reson or another, and there are a bottomless pit of reasons for that for you to explore.
