Yep...been like that for a few months. Optimizing for froogle is fun...you can see your results in a matter of hours ;-)

Google has been slowly adding the Froogle result in. My guess is this started in the March / April timeframe.

Froogle results on top of serps started in Dec. 2003 [webmasterworld.com].

for those in continental Europe: choose: Google.com in English to see the US-dollar priced products (this does not necessarily mean these products ship to European countries though: https://www.google.com/froogle/merchants/policies_new.html) Probably a glitch in Google's Froogle geo-targetting. I wonder how much adwords advertisers Google is loosing with this free feed though.. 1 dollar a click on the right, or free on top of the Serps...

What would really be interesting is if google itself became the "ultimate affiliate" and started signing up with merchants featured in froogle left and right...hey google - I'll give ya a bonus!
