I'm seeing PR updated here on the East Coast. Bit of a mixed bag for me. Good luck to everyone.

Freedom, PR6 main page, pr5 sitemap.
The serps changes late Septmeber are what this PR reflects.
It seems the date of September 25 is the operative one. Serps finished major update about then, PR assigned for pages crawled before then.
The Directory still shows the PR from the beginning of last month.

Thats me now (2 Hours later!)
I can now see the page rank in the tool bar!
My new website now has a page rank of 4... rest has stayed the same!
Now all is left is to eat then sleep!

I'm seeing update as well but having a bit of a hard time making sense of it all. Some pages have gotten a PR update, others nothing...
12:44 am on Oct 7, 2004 (gmt 0)
Me too now just seeing it in the UK, new sites have pr 4 and pr 5 older sites are mainly the same with new internal pages getting some pr too.
12:44 am on Oct 7, 2004 (gmt 0)

1:09 am on Oct 7, 2004 (gmt 0)
Have sites indexed pre 09/24 that show no PR.

PR Update seen in Canada. Also starting to get massive referrals from Google over the last 4 days, which is funny because Tool Bar PR went down. Ha.

Launched site in April, now seeing PR... Woo hoo!
2:41 am on Oct 7, 2004 (gmt 0)
My 4 month old sandboxed site now has a non zero PR. Does this change suggest anything about this site getting out of the sandbox?
3:05 am on Oct 7, 2004 (gmt 0)
HELP! Our site with PR10 just got penalized by Google. Reduced to PR9. Traffic is holding steady for now. Check it out, www.yahoo.com. :)

I still can't see any chnage in PR or rankings. I still data centers are in the process of updating. Currently I'm in Asia.
3:17 am on Oct 7, 2004 (gmt 0)
Well, off of the "me too" posts. I have php pages with a?var=var type extension showing zero PR, which is a change. All PR appears to be transferring to the root page, i.e. www.somesite.com/somepage.php?var=var appears to be transferring PR to www.somesite.com/somepage.php
There are several deep links to these pages, so I am guessing the PR is going somewhere, and the root page appears at a higher PR than it would have from the general site structure.
Anyone else seeing anything like this?
3:47 am on Oct 7, 2004 (gmt 0)
Yep, seeing the PageRank updated.
However, pagerank hasn't been transferred or updated yet on my 301's.
4:19 am on Oct 7, 2004 (gmt 0)
Good to know the update is going on. Killing me to not see my site update yet though (east coast).
/me rocks back and forth nervously
4:23 am on Oct 7, 2004 (gmt 0)
I notice people are able to check pr by by IP.
Does that mean websites on a shared hosting plan get the same pr since they have the same ip?

5:42 am on Oct 7, 2004 (gmt 0)
Finally the google gods have smiled upon me.
l have PR 5 on my site, was 0 since June 2004, now l need to get to 8, 1 above my competitors.
5:53 am on Oct 7, 2004 (gmt 0)
An update but still I see overall PR share dipping down .. PR7's going to pR6s and PR8s to PR7s , so overall a bear market for PR.
5:54 am on Oct 7, 2004 (gmt 0)
Yes, PR of new pages of my website is also updated, which i created last month.
6:25 am on Oct 7, 2004 (gmt 0)
Using my one major keyword it shows up in a new position in www3 and I finally actually have a pr4, up from 0 so it must be spidering big time!
6:33 am on Oct 7, 2004 (gmt 0)
Seems like PR is leaking from the seams... Most of my sites leaked down one PR notch even though inbound links were up. Is non-triangular linking to blame for this? On the up side, many of my newer sites did finally get a PR.
6:56 am on Oct 7, 2004 (gmt 0)
Although my site now has a pr4, up from pr0, it only moved up 15 places. It's #394 in the SERPS but I need to be at least in the top 10 where it was before I changed my URL from a virtual domain to my own dot com. Is there still a chance it could return by the time this current action is over and I'm wondering why the old dead link with no 301 is still near the top.
7:23 am on Oct 7, 2004 (gmt 0)
Its great that public PR has been updated -- but I don't see anything coming out of the "sandbox."
7:24 am on Oct 7, 2004 (gmt 0)
How are you checking www3, everytime I try to go there it redirects me to www.
7:39 am on Oct 7, 2004 (gmt 0)
Although a lots of people are really happy with the PR update but few good sites are there those have lost their PR from 5 to 0. NO back link now, not indexed, nothing. Is there any change for those site to be back in the G...?
7:43 am on Oct 7, 2004 (gmt 0)
How are you checking www3, everytime I try to go there it redirects me to www.
It has been like this for a while now.
Yippee - PR updated - well, it dont really mean much to me nowadays. As another posters has pointed out, loads of new sites are still suffering from the 'Google Lag'.
