Added my new site to google's crawl list a few months back. The site is still not appearing on the search results. My stats show that Googlebot visits and does not go beyond the home page, while Msnbot is having a nice time eating my bandwidth. what's going on? got anything in mind you would like to share?

Get inbound links, ideally from pages with decent PR (5 or greater).

Truly nowhere to be found, or is it that you are just buried in the SERPs? Try the search site:yourdomain.com -fsdfsdjlfhsjkhfdsjfhsk to find out what pages of yours are indexed.

Instead of getting all links to your homepage try to get some links to your deeper pages and that should take care of it.

Googlebot is an odd bot, sometimes they visit my site's homepage and leave or they just look at the robots.txt. Googlebot will come around and should be fine!
