|Google Hunting for "rss.xml"|
Noticed this in my error log
| 1:50 am on Jun 13, 2004 (gmt 0)|
<IP number> resolves to crawl10.googlebot.com.
The site I found this at was just launched on Friday and has never had a link to rss.xml.
The question is why is Google looking for this file arbitrarily?
Another question would be should I set up a 301 redirect to the appropriate RSS feed?
