my site which was enjoying a PR5 in the internal/links page(was is no way a link farm or links.html - it was a decent looking links page) is now showing a PR0(after this PR update)...only decent sites were added..so no bad neighbours...plus, the backlinks has trippled...dont know why it went to PR0

I've seen new pages (2-3 months old) in established sites, without any external links to them, that were pr2-4 become pr0 recently.

Could it be something with the file names? Do the file names have underscores or dashes in them?

Nothing moved down for me, but some stuff that "should" have moved up didn't, however read somewhere there was an April 27 th cutoff for new PR, most of the pages were born after that, wasn't worried, maybe I should be again?

it cannot be the filename..because in my case, the file name was a single keyword like "widget.html" ..so no underscores...however i kept on adding outgoing links to that page...maybe google doesnt like too many outgoing links being added daily? or could it just be that this PR update has some kind of flaw?

I have a lot of internal pages PR0, it seems they take months to earn PR, its crazy because they get indexed in hours.
2 months ago a site that linked to me fell from a 6 to a 0. I was going to ask them to delink me, but I never make drastic moves with SEO. I decided to wait till the next PR update, now its a PR7.
It is strange that a lot of site that link to you became 0s.
I would give them a good look over to make sure they are not bad neighbors.

How do you spot if they are bad neighbours?

they throw stones at your windows and play loud music at unsociable hours
