Suddenly "URL only" listing are gone Listings without title or any text are no longer on google communitynews msg:83912 1:02 am on May 10, 2004 (gmt 0) I've been monitoring my "URL only" listings with "site:domain.com -word" where "word" appears on every page on the site. This would bring up a large number of listings showing the URL only.
These URL listing are no longer coming up. This happened on all our sites and at least one competitor I watch. Anyone else notice this?

its always been like that if you specify 'word' that shows up on every page, because the url only listings wont have that word indexed and therefor wont show up.
IF they still show up with you search site:?.com then its still the same as before.

URL only for me as well, unfortunately. Maybe the "URL only listings" just disappeared and number of results dropped? communitynews msg:83916 12:45 pm on May 10, 2004 (gmt 0)
Woops.... I figured out what made the listings disappear. I changed my my google preferences and had increased the "SafeSearch Filtering" to "Use strict filtering" and that made the URL only listing disappear.
Turning the filter to a less strict setting brought the URL only listings back. Sorry for reporting the incorrect information.
