Great to see the updates, not the coolest look for the images search but still you're bound to see new images quick when your searching for something news-worthy.

Yea, I reported this yesterday at the search engine roundtable. This only works with single words. You can type in "iraq" and get images from google news on iraq BUT you can not type in "united states" and get images from google news on united states. I guess it needs some work.

lol Powdork. I doubt that. Me thinks they are using the same bot/db for this implementation. I don't think this is any different to the Web/News integration. Its just that in this one, the news image is shown instead of the news description. Sid
