Nah, whining does no good! The only thing that helps is to go right to Google.
There are links all over Google's site to give them feedback to let them know if you're dissatisfied with their search results. They are always looking for suggestions to help them make their search better.

Do you think they actually listen though? We have seen a lot of public complaints on various boards and in the high profile media over the last 6 to 12 months. I see a little reversal following the Nov 03 update, but Google are still largely going down the same path. If the complaints are being published in the media then I'm going to assume Google are getting them in the feedback forms also.
Personally I have always seen it as a game. SE's set the rules, SEO's learn them and then manipulate them. It doesn't really matter how SE's change the rules as far as the SEO is concerned (apart from the few weeks while they catch up). But, on the positive side, the SE changes probably damaged the real competition also, and if you catch up quickly you now have the advantage :)
