The? in itself is not a bar to spidering. Do a search for
dynamic spiderable
on Google You'll see the first two results have a? in the URL and webmasterworld comes up 4th and 5th with a discussion on this.

One thing that you should watch out for though is using?id= as Google has 'hinted' that this looks like a session ID and 'may' be ignored. If it just goes straight to the?123456 then there shouldn't be a problem.
