delete pages preserving PR
transfer PR from many pages to a single one

hello,
I've a site that now I'm deleting. On this I've a lot of pages with good PR.
Is it really a bad idea to make a 301 redirect from all these pages to a single new page of another domain?
E.g. :
www.example.com/pag1.htm -> 301 -> www.example.org/
www.example.com/pag2.htm -> 301 -> www.example.org/
www.example.com/pag3.htm -> 301 -> www.example.org/

Other question related to this one: I've some pages on a domain that I've to remove (old advertised pages), all of them have many backlinks. I would trasfer this pagerank to another (only 1) page of the same domain or to another page (only 1) of another domain.
Is it a bad idea to use a 301 redirect?

Thanks!
