No more colored ads

I was just searching on G and between clicks the page format changed? No more colored ads except for the top spot.

Not the first time they have tested that. There is a thread around here from a year ago saying the same. (I think it was in the adwords forum).

We're always trying little experiments to see how users like it and if it helps them, so I wouldn't be surprised to see experiments like this. :)

How about the extra AdWords real estate. On my screen they take up an additional 100 pixels. That's 100 less for the free SERPS.

Just wanted to say that I like the search within the results feature. And what is the dictionary feature for?
Overall I think I like your old format better.
