|Google not indenting the second entry|

Is this new?
Instead of showing an indented second page from the site, a second page appears about 100 places below in the serps.

Sounds to me like the second page lost some rank somehow. Did you recently change site navigation or content on that second page?
If a page1 ranks 3rd and page2 ranks 100th, they will show together but only when you have your number of results set at 100. If page2 drops to 101, it will show on the second page.
If a page1 ranks 3rd and page2 ranks 100th, only one will show when you have your number of results set to 10.

I get it now, but it's not that the second page lost rank.
More the other way round.
The first page has recently gained rank to move into the first 100 results.
