| noindex for clean version of sites?

when making general interest sites, i tend to put a full page ad between every internal link on the site. many website operators do not want to trade links with a site that advertises so heavily and i have a few sites that need clean duplicates can i use noindex on clean pages to avoid having the clean sites indexed by google?

Yes you can, but few would want to exchange links, where the links do not get indexed by Google.
