2 weeks in not enough time to see a deep crawl update. freshbot typically skims the surface.... wait till the next update for a better chance to see your deeper pages start to show up en massse assuming you are deep crawled by then.

The deep crawl is when Google comes thru and spiders your site following links in your site. This is typically done once a month with the results being reflected in the following months database. If you have moved pages around and/or renamed them (ie the URL for the pages has changed) Google will need to find them from a deep crawl. Depending upon when the pages were changed and when the deep bot visits your site, the new pages can appear as early as the next update or possibly the next.

IF you have an individualy domain name for a common inter page will the index refreash faster ie www.yoursite.com = index www.yoursite2.com = www.yoursite.com/html/subone.html then submit both domain names? Sarah The reason I ask is I have 5 Domain names to use and no idea how would be best to use them(dumping 4 is not an option.. that comes from company president)
