well i've had a larger amount than normal from the googlebot, but i cant see on my stats what the ip is :( But i dont think it would be freshbotting most of my site :z Although other parts of my site havent been hit yet :)

Okay - the last remaining datacenter (www-in) has now switched to the new results. So the dance seems to be finished. Y´all better fasten your seatbelt for the deepcrawl now ;-) BTW: No freshy here on several PR6 for at least 24 hours ...

are there any tools for deep crawl, like the many, many for the dance? or do you just have to wait and watch logs. Funny how everyone gets all excited for the dance, and it always draws a couple posts about how the dance is not what you need to worry about. Yet there dont seem to be any tools or indicators for the status of the deepcrawl and there are tons for the dance. just my $.02 If anyone knows and sites or tools, Id love to hear it. Obviously, sticky me if you cant post urls here. thanks in advance.

You have to watch your logs. Someone with access to several sites(thousands?) could write something to tell you when it starts at earliest warning.

Lots of FreshBot hits for the last two weeks, but nothing that isn't from 64.x.x.x for me. Last FreshBot was about two hours ago. i'm only a PR5, so will not be anywhere near the first of the deep crawel. Cheers,

We are almost to the point of signing an agreement for some add'l links, at big bucks.
Therefore, the question of the hour is:
Has Google begun the deep crawl yet?
If so, when?
If not, what's the best guess for when it will happen?
