Ok now this is getting on my nerves. Once again TopDog has decided to return to trial mode. When I type in the activation code and wait for 10 minutes or so, all I get is:
Transaction Failed! Reason: "Timed out (no info received)"
This has been going on for several days now. I wont even bother trying to contact them since I know from experience that will never get back to me. Does anyone else experience this? Is there anyway to disable the activation?
Patrick. I'd like to help but unfortunatley what we did last time was the extent of my knowledge. I know it's frustrating but I'm going to have to refer you to TopDog's support. We cannot act as their help desk here.
