Hello, I recall reading on webmasterworld a beutiful post someone made listing all the current free search engine submission pages. I tried searching for it, however I cannot seem to find it. Can anyone help me out?

Have you tried the site search function at the top of the page? That would be a good place to start. On the other hand, there really aren't that many high traffic search engines that have free submissions as most every SE has gone to a "pay for whatever" business model. Google is the top source for your free traffic and with AOL using google's results, it's imperative to be listed with Google.
