I would not skip the Looksmart listing. Inktomi only supplies secondary results to Looksmart, so even if you ranked #1 in Inktomi, your listing would only show up if Looksmart has no match for the phrase. The same is true at MSN. All Looksmart matches are returned first. If you need to pick between the two, go with Looksmart first.

ok doky. I have one more question then. When I submit my main URL with links to my other URL's in Inktomi, will it spider to them also, or only stay within the one main URL? Thanks!

The paid spider that returns every 48 hours will only index the pages you paid for. However, I have seen on occasion, the old non-paid spider show up shortly after the paid bot and index additional pages, but it's not something you can count on.

Wow ok, so for example, it will only go to www.url.com and not www.url.com/section1/? Ahh..

Yes, you must pay for each page you want listed.

So then, this seems like a great tool for optimization. If inktomi spiders every 2 days, I can change my titles and metatags to see how things work, and tweak every 2 days. Or is this not a good thing to do?

Being able to tweak your page and find out the results in a couple of days is the biggest benefit of paid inclusion. There's no downside involved with doing it.
