AOL posting?
how to get posted in AOL

Please bare with me,I just don't seem to understand how to post my site to AOL for that matter anysite.Pls advise. I use addweb & it says I must have a AOL custom search category-what does it mean. :(

I'm not to familiar with addweb so I can't help you with that but I'm sure someone more wiser than me will come along later with help on that.

AOL get results from inktomi/ODP, so the best place to start would be the inktomi forum once you have read throught all the postings it should give you enough information.

Welcome to WMW. To get yourself into AOL, submit your site to ODP. This is probably the most important sibmission you can make as ODP powers many different search engines, as well as ODP giving a big boost to your site in many other engines.

zechariah, try to cut down on using Addweb on the major search engines, not a good idea.
